On May 15th 2024 surrounded by family and love Sherrey made her final journey home to be in the hands of God and her late father George Delaney.
Cherished wife and soulmate of over 30 years to Eugene Guthro. Beloved Mother and best friend to Ryan (Lisa), Adam (Julie), Katey (Kyle) and Calahan (Shelby). The most loving Nannie to Carson, Jack, Sophey and Dominic. ‘Favourite’ Aunt to Holly and Mason. Much loved niece to Ethel Amey and June Tate along with many cousins. Predeceased by her grandparents Aubrey and Marie Tate, Bernard ‘Bernie’ and Theresa ‘Tess’ Delaney and her uncle Brian Tate who often looked at her as the little sister her never had.
Sherrey, though she be but small she was mighty. Her words of wisdom will live forever in us all. She touched the hearts of many in her short time here on earth. If she could say anything to the people she loved she would simply say ‘make a meal, break bread, eat, pray and love each other with every ounce of your being’

As per Sherrey’s wishes aquamation has taken place and there will be no service just a small family gathering. arrangements have been entrusted in Wartman Funeral Home, Kingston. Condolences can be forwarded online though wartmanfuneralhomes.com
