It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Isidore Zaichick, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Isidore passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Isidore was the loving husband of Gigi Laredo Zaichick and the incredible father to Mike, Brenda, and Tina Laredo, and Robert and Melissa Zaichick. He was a dedicated father-in-law to Christine Laforest, Patrick Elbaz, and Mike Avidan. Isidore was a superhero poppa to Brandon and Jonah Elbaz, and Nicky Nguyen, Jaime and Zoe Avidan and a beloved Zaide to Abby, Ethan, and Finn Zaichick. Isidore lived life to the fullest, embodying a remarkable work ethic and excelling in his passions for golf and curling. He treasured his family and valued their presence above all else. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the Jewish General Hospital and Anna Laberge for their exceptional care during this past year. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, April 26 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Due to the advent of Passover, the family will be receiving condolence visits at Paperman & Sons between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. before the funeral services.
