It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Eugene Walsh of Marystown, NL announces his passing. Eugene passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on April 17, 2024 at the age of 74. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of memories are his children Shawn Walsh (Stephanie) of Lewin’s Cove, Tracey Walsh (Steve) of Goose Bay, Tanya Walsh (Bill) of Little Bay; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Doreen Walsh, Leona Mayo (Reubin), Mary Towns (Paul); brothers, Kevin Walsh and Dean Walsh (Jackie); plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Eugene was predeceased by his parents, Imelda & Lawrence Walsh.
The Walsh Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Marystown on:
Monday, April 22 from
10:00am to 12 noon
2:00pm to 4:00pm
7:00pm to 9:00pm
A funeral service will take place at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes in Marystown on:
Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 10:00am.
Inurnment to follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marystown.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eugene’s memory, may be made to The Walsh Family.
