At home, on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, in his ninety-seventh year. Just two days after the passing of his beloved wife of seventy-two years, Dora (Dorothy). Beloved father and father-in-law of Dr. Clifford and Milly Korzinstone, Dr. Ronald and Heidi Korzinstone, Karen and Lionel Dubrofsky. Proud Zayda of his grandchildren, Michael and Jamie Korzinstone, Carla and Rob Vineberg, Andrew and Elana Dubrofsky, Lauren Korzinstone, Randi and Justin Beeby, Dr. Lisa and Jordan Korenzvit, Philip and Robyn Dubrofsky; and great-grandfather of Cole, Zoë, Maya, Ethan, Lesley, Danielle, Eva, Liam and Charlotte. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Nathan and the late Betty Korzenstein, the late Goldie and the late Alex Kleinman, the late Sylvia and the late Percy Krochmalnek.
Patriarch of the family, Allan was a man of great strength and character. He was a proud and successful entrepreneur and leader within his family. He was a dedicated husband and father, a spirited and kind Zayda and mentor to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, with a generous sense of humor and love of life. Special thanks to Gina, Daryl, Emilou and Ella for their compassionate care.
Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on February 14 at 1:30 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane.
