Dorothy Ruth Bachelder (Pushee) passed away peacefully on January 28, 2024, in Warman, SK., at the age of 79. Dorothy was born October 10, 1944, in Rabbit Lake, SK.
She married Bud Bachelder, May 25, 1963, and celebrated their 60th anniversary this past May. They resided in Prince Albert since 1978, where they made many dear friends, and she was involved with the Canadian Red Cross and the Salvation Army.
Dorothy is survived by her husband Bud Bachelder, her two children Cindie (Cory) Neudorf, Susan Bachelder; her brother Victor (Jacqueline) and sister Dora (Barry); grandchildren Benjamin (Laurel) Neudorf, Joshua (Becca) Neudorf, Emilie Neudorf, Samuel (Payton) Loch, Jessica Loch; her great Grandchildren Hunter, Alexei, Edward, Adeline, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Hamilton Pushee, Emily Pushee (Porter); her sister Margaret Sieben (Pushee).
Her family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Diamond House care team for the way they cared for “mama Dorothy” and loved her during this past year.
Funeral Service will take place Monday, February 5, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Interment at Hillcrest Memorial in Prince Albert, SK., and a lunch to follow.
In memory of Dorothy, donations may be given to the Canadian Red Cross or the Salvation Army.
