Peacefully, at home on Monday, January 22, 2024. Beloved husband and best friend of Ethel Pinsky for sixty-one years. Most devoted and loving father and father-in-law of Dr. Michael Singer and Hélène Bussières, Linda Singer and Gary Walfish. Adored Zaidy of Alex, Benjamin, and Rebecca Singer, Dr. Laurel Walfish, and Gregory Walfish. Loving son of the late Louis and the late Ruth Singer, and son-in-law of the late Alex and the late Yetta Pinsky. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Mary and the late Seymour Singer, the late Clifford Singer; and brother-in-law of Carol Pinsky, and the late Marlene Shapiro. David will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, friends as well as by all who knew and loved him. Special thanks to Rose, Mae, Jennet, Tereza, and Daecel for their care, compassion, and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, January 24 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Shaare Zion Beth El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
