Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Naphtali Benguigui and adored mother of Isaac Benguigui. Cherished Grandmother of Olivia and Nathaniel Benguigui and loving mother in-law of Dorite Assouline who called her mama. Predeceased by her loving parents, brother and sister. She was loved by her nieces and nephews all over the world. An esthetician by trade, she is defined as being devoted to family. Always present to provide loving support and always ready to help. A calming force in the home with incredible patience and an easy smile that could light up the room. She really knew how to make a house a home. She was loved not just by family but anyone who knew her. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff at Hillel Lodge who took excellent care of her during the last five years. They too started to call her mama. Donations in her memory may be made to the Hillel Lodge LTC Foundation, (613) 728-3990. Graveside service on Friday, January 12 at 11:00 am. at the Congregation Beit Abraham Family Estates section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, Dollard des Ormeaux
