Obituary
It is with great sadness the family of Kevin announce his sudden passing at his home on January 5th, 2024.
Predeceased by his loving parents, Dennis and Linda Forhan and his younger brother Mitchell James Forhan. Father to 3 cherished sons Mark Forhan, Christopher Forhan ( Taylor) and Mitchell Forhan. Brother to “Big Sis” Karen Bragg (David) and younger brother Jefferey Forhan(Mary). His two grandsons, his pride and joy Logan ( Mark ) and Colton ( Christopher & Taylor). His life partner for many years and friend Kelly Powell, mother to Mitchell Forhan.
Kevin will be missed dearly by his nephews Michael Bragg ( Kelly, Ella & Cole) James Bragg ( Jessica & baby Brooks) and Benjamin Forhan. Niece Jessica Weston (Tom, Finn and Lachy). His many extended family and friends, cousin Tom Davies, uncle Trevor Davies, The D.Gibbons Crew, Mike & Emily Manno, Al Martins, Linda Nagle, Debbie Ried, Karen Leggitt-Lover, George, Boone, Jim and Jeane Douglas, Aneta and many others.
Be proud Kevin Big Sis’ cell is going off with funny stories your friends want to share. His fishing buddies who would fish “The Wall” the name Don comes to mind as one he mentioned. The majoirity of names above have been friends with Kevin since childhood over 45yrs ago. I believe this says a lot about a persons character to be blessed to keep amazing,steadfast friendships for more than 3/4 of your life.
Please remember Kevin for his lighthearted sense of humour, his silly jokes and stories (sometimes needing a PG rating) and LOVE of FAMILY & FRIENDS along with anything 4 legged. He missed his best 4 legged friend Brindy everyday. Please celebrate the moments that bring you the most comfort.
Visitation will be held on Monday January 15, 2024 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) from 10am – 11am. Funeral Service to follow in the chapel at 11 am. Interment to follow at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
