Diane Lush Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Diane Imelda Lush on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital at the age of 71 years.
She leaves to mourn with many loving memories: husband Melvin; sons: Craig (Danielle) and Brian (Betty White); daughter Shelley Lush-Smolders; grandchildren: Brandon (Karlie), Jessica, Emily, Jake, Chloe, Abigail, Olivia, and Sarah; brother Don (Carolyn) Dunphy; and sisters: Mary Cormier, Florence (Dominic) Boulos, Joan Dunphy, Carolyn (Don) Hart, Anne (Ivan) Aucoin, and Lisa Dunphy; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Diane was predeceased by: parents Blanche and Stephen Dunphy; and brothers: Vince Dunphy and Stephen Jr. Dunphy.
Following he wishes cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5th at 1:30 PM from St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street. Interment to follow at Hillside Interfaith Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy donations in Diane’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Daffodil Place.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Sheila Dwyer, you are an angel, and to the nursing staff of Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital for all their kindness and compassion.
