ROBERT LEONARD GRAY
Of Burk’s Falls
Peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville, with his family at his side on Tuesday January 24, 2023. Bob Gray, beloved husband of June, was in his 76th year.
Loving father of Kelli (Bill), Leonard (Pam) and David (Rakel).
Proud grandfather of Krystaline (Bret), Anaielle and Leora. Great grandfather of Elysia, Jack, Kailey, Dakota and Andrew. Dear brother of Paul (Darlene), Bill and the late Dave (late Rose).
Having served many organizations, Bob was a passionate supporter of the Burk’s Falls community, particularly the music scene. As co-host of the Third Friday Coffee House, and the Burk’s Falls Jamboree, Bob loved to see new and seasoned musicians thrive.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Friday February 3, 2023, from 1 to 3 pm and 6 to 8 pm. A service to celebrate Bob’s life will be conducted at the Legacy Life Centre, 44 Commercial Drive in Burk’s Falls commencing at 1:00 pm on Saturday February 4, 2023, with Pastor Randy Cox officiating.
Spring interment in Burk’s Falls Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Algonquin Grace Hospice or Princess Margaret Cancer Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
