It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and Grandmother, Ely surrounded by her family on October 06, 2023, at 73 years of age.
Devoted mum of Deneen (Raymond) and the late Devry. Cherished Grandmother of Devon, Kelton, Peyton-Rayne and Brendon. Caring sister of Barbara and Andrew. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews, Mike, Kelly, the late Shelly Ann, Landon and Nicole. Dearest friend and partner in crime of Connie Murphy. Ely has been reunited with her dear mother Mary Olsen. She will be missed by many great-nieces, nephews and all that knew and loved her.
Anybody that knew mum, knew she had a great sense of humor, was tough as nails and loved her family endlessly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to The Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
As per Ely’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
