Tommy Wahteeshkin, age 88 years passed away peacefully on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Hogarth Riverview Manor. Tommy was born on July 17, 1935 in Sioux Lookout, Ontario.
Tommy was an avid outdoors man, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially loved trapping in the fall time. He was always tinkering with small engines.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son Wayne (Nicole), his daughters Leona and Cheryl, by his grandchildren Hudson, Tanner and Bella, Chantal and Pearce.
Tommy was predeceased by his wife Bella, son Derek Michael Yellowhead and his daughter Crystal Wastaken.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Sargent and Son Funeral Home. Tommy will be laid to rest in the Namaygoosisgagun First Nation Cemetery.
