CARTER, Margaret – Passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Thursday September 28, 2023 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Hugh Carter (1985). Loving mother of Howard (Bill Ryk) Carter, Gerard Carter, Deborah (Rick) Coker, Trevor (Anne) Carter and Michelle (Keith) Holtze. Grandmother of Callum, Megan, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Tyler, and Meghan. Margaret will be fondly remembered by her colleagues, friends, and the generations of students she taught. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place in Collingwood at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Morgan Funeral Home, 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
