Louise Stead (nee Matthews of Musgravetown) (Jan. 11, 1923 – Aug. 16, 2023) Passed peacefully away at Dr. Albert O’Mahoney Manor in her 100th year. Predeceased by Husband Ronald and son Irving, all her siblings and their spouses. Leaving to mourn from the Stead family are sisters in law: Marion Penny, Jean Kasorzyk and Minnie Stead.
After losing so many loved ones, she found a new family at Dr. O’Mahoney manor, where she loved each and every one who cared for her with so much compassion over the past years.
Finally leaving to mourn are the Abbott family. Her daughter Betty, son in law Clarence, granddaughter Ronna and grandson Bob (Holly).
Special appreciation to Den and Todd Baker for their constant love and care until the end.
Cremation has taken place at her request. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Old Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Musgravetown.
