Linda DenBok passed away peacefully, on Saturday January 14, 2023 at Campbell House in Collingwood at the age of 79. Linda, loving wife of Dirk «Dick» DenBok of Collingwood. Dear mother of Kirk Kadwell (Paula Walsh), Keri Beauchamp (Riley), Keenan Kadwell (Jennifer Case), Dan DenBok (Sherry) and Jen Farness (The late Dave). Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Alicia, Kenzie and McKinley Kadwell, Ari and Solomon Beauchamp, Erica and David Reid and Oma of Alex (Mimi), Amanda (Kurtis), Rylie and Graydon. Survived also by her brother Dave (Carol) Shepherd and sister Sue (Bob) Buckley. Predeceased by her parents Charlie and Margaret Shepherd. Will be sadly missed also by her several nieces, nephews and many friends throughout the community. At Linda’s request, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family in Celebrating her Life at 1:00 in the afternoon on Friday January, 20, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church, 200 Maple Street, Collingwood. The family wish you extend their utmost appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Jutzi and nurses in the Oncology department at RVH, Dr. Coulson, Nurses and Staff at St. Elizabeth’s Health Care and dinally the Staff and Nurses at Campbell House in Collingwood for all of their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to Hospice Georgian Triangle in Mrs. DenBok’s memory.
