Obituary
It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Sherry Anne Georgina Cartwright on August 5th, 2023.
Predeceased by her mother, Margaret Rose (Welcher) Traynor. Beloved wife of Alan Cartwright. Loving mother of Sabrina Cartwright and Chuck Cartwright (Angela). Devoted grandmother of Sierra, Savannah, Caleb and Dante. Cherished sister of Eric Traynor and Teresa Evans. Sadly missed by loving nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed giving back to the community by volunteering for many organizations. Her loved ones will remember her as a kind-hearted and giving person who would help anyone in need.
Friends and family will be received at Jones Funeral Home located at 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 2-4 p.m.
As per Sherry’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. Cremation will take place.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Diabetes Canada or The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
