It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Amanda Lachapelle on Sunday, July 30, 2023 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Predeceased by her brother Chad Lachapelle and her father Jules “Pete” Lachapelle.
Amanda leaves behind 3 children; Keaira Lachapelle, Karsen Lachapelle and Serenity Desrochers and granddaughter Sienna.
Remembered by Guy Desrochers and grandparents Ghislaine and Ron Desrochers.
Beloved daughter of Lucille Rowe (nee Langlois), she will be missed by her step-father Ron Rowe, her sisters Theresa Pritchard and Erin Pritchard and step-brother Ronald Lachapelle as well as many aunts and uncles and cousins.
The family invite relatives and friends to join them for a Celebration of Life for Amanda on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Timiskaming Funeral Cooperative, French Family Chapel in Kirkland Lake. Cremation has taken place, interment to follow at a later date at St. Paul’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Sandhurst, Ontario.
