Peacefully, after a lengthy battle with illness on Friday, July 21, 2023, Gizella “Grace” (Jancsurak) (Weil) Nezezon of Tillsonburg passed away at the age of 90 years. Survived by her husband Joseph Nezezon Sr. Mother to Margaret (John) Smith, Joey Nezezon and Ronnie Nezezon. Grandmother to Jessica (Aaron) Conrad, JennaLee (Matthew) Churchill, Sean (Melanie) Smith (Fiona and Lucy), Sarah (Michael) Pasquesi (Sam, Oliver and Simon). Also survived by brother Louis (Pearl) Jancsurak Jr., sisters – in –law Ruth Weil, Helen Svirida and Ola Nezezon. Predeceased by her first husband John Weil (1995), parents Louis and Irma Jancsurak, brothers and sisters – in – law Valentine and Lena Weil, Joseph Weil, Edward and Ursula Weil, Andrew Nezezon, Steve Nezezon, John and Kathy Nezezon, John and Mary Sofalvi and Steve Svirida.
Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The Liturgical Service for Grace will be held in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 11:00 am with Father Seejo John officiating. Interment will follow at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to Purrfect Companions, Delhi or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
