The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on July 07, 2023 of Geraldine MacAulay, aged 98. She was born on April 26, 1925, the daughter of Franklyn MacAulay and Helen MacPhee. Her siblings, all deceased, were; Gertrude (Michael O’Brien), Wilfred, George, Helen and Beatrice (Connie LeClair). Left to mourn are nieces and nephews Bill LeClair (Teri), Paulette LeClair, Jane LeClair, Lawrence LeClair (Brenda Brydon), Marcia MacAulay and Kevin O’Brien. She will also be sadly missed by her great niece and nephews, Carly, Michael, Owen, Silas and Emmett LeClair. Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Center, St. Peter’s Bay, with visitation on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 5 – 8 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at St. Peter’s Bay Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in lieu of Flowers (flowers gratefully declined), donations may be made in Geraldine’s memory to St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, to the PEI Humane Society, or to a charity of your choice.
