Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on May 20, 2023 at the age of 80. Beloved husband to his loving wife, Cecile (nee Bondy). Cherished father of Catherine Wysman (Paul), Daniel (Elizabeth), and Steve (Mike). Proud grandpa of Sara and Leo Wysman, Kieran (April 27, 2023), and Cameron Kelly. Dear brother of Bernard (Doris), Joseph (Betty Anne), Genevieve (late Thomas), late Marianne, Margaret, Michael (Maria), Frances (Andrea), and Charles (Tracey). He is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Patrick started his career as a hairdresser in Detroit, MI. He later became a material handler at GM Warren Transmission Plant where he retired after 31.7 years of service. He had a passion for photography, was an avid golfer, boater, fisherman, and was a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus #2775. The family would like to thank Theresa Cline PSW, the staff of Extendicare Tecumseh and Windsor Regional – Met Campus for all their dedicated care and compassion. Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Chapel. Cremation to follow. In kindness, donations in memory of Patrick may be made to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
