Peacefully passed away on May 9, 2023 at The Village of Taunton Mills, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of Germain. Loving mother of Gaӫtan (Noreen), Jean-Marc (Tracey), Louise Button (John), Claude (Cathy), and Julie Dang (Minh). Cherished grandmother of Tanya, Renee, Eric, Matthew, Natalie, Jean-Luc, Chanel-Dani, Anabel, Philippe, Kayan, Lynnecho, Bridgette, and Darla and great-grandmother of many. Dear sister of Leo Tessier (Cecile), and predeceased by many siblings. Jeanne will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa) with prayers at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at L’Assomption de Notre Dame Catholic Church.
