Sherry Dianne Taylor (nee Squires) passed away on July 18, 2022 at the Health Science Centre in St. John’s after a brave battle with cancer. Sherry was born in Paradise NL on December 21, 1956.
She is predeceased by her parents Corbett and Irene Squires, husband Bruce Tilley, mother-in-law Eileen Taylor and brother-in-law Garry.
Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Ralph, children, Tracy (David), Rick (Melissa), Michael (Debbie), Terry, Bradley and Robin (Jade), grandchildren Jessica (Justin), Cameron, Logan, Abby, Curtis, Jorja and Zachary, great grandchildren Liam, Owen and Joshua, sisters Fay Rideout (Terry) and Paulette Gregory (Corey) and families, father-in-law Ralph and brothers- and sisters-in-law Annie (Bill) , Billy, Bev (Bob), Daphne (Harold), Brian (Evelyn) and Robert (Michelle). Also remembered with love special friends Marilyn Delaney, Sandi and Randy Reid and Brenda Skanes, and a wide circle of friends and coworkers.
A personal care worker with a love of her residents and her job, Sherry loved crafting and attending craft fairs, a game of cards, and spending time with her loved ones. She always thought of others before herself.
Visitation will be on July 21-22 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm each day, with no service at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted to the Autism Society, a cause dear to her heart.
