It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother Rosina Rubino (Nee D’Urso). Rosina was the shining star seated atop our family tree. She is now enjoying custard tarts and an occasional sip of Kahlua with her late husband Guiseppe Rubino, reunited in Heaven. She is survived by her children [Leo (Kathy), Mimma (Fausto), Ralph (Ina), Tina (Frank) and Frank (Jennifer)], Grandchildren (Sandra, Natasha, Amanda, Jessica, Stephanie, Lauren, Matthew, Michael, Sarah, Rebecca, Megan, Sophie and Great-Grandchildren (Zaryah, Seiya, Joseph, Natalie, Elio, Lilliana). She will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (855 Albion Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9V 1A3) on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 5:00 – 9:00 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Benedict’s Parish (2194 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9W 4K9). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (7300 Highway #27, Woodbridge, Ontario, L4L 1A5).
