Bob Zieglgansberger, resident of Beaverlodge, AB, formerly of Pierceland, SK, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022, in Beaverlodge, at the age of 68 years.
Bob was born October 13, 1953, in Goodsoil, SK, and was raised on the family farm in Pierceland. He worked in the oilfield until retirement.
Bob’s primary interest was his family. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, four-wheeling, fishing, riverboating, and spending winters in Arizona.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Andrea (nee Ehram); daughter Vanessa (Clinton) Rowland; grandchildren: Hailey and Corbin Zieglgansberger, Ethan, and Izabelle Rowland; siblings: George Zieglgansberger, Deanna (Ken) Schamber, Linda (Rino) Bellini, Randy (Judy) Zieglgansberger; as well as numerous nieces, and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Alois and Gertrude Zieglgansberger, in-laws Bert and Shirl Ehrman, sister Trudy Skoreyko, and brother Joe Zieglgansberger.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 11:00 am, at Oliver’s Funeral Home, Grande Prairie, 10005 107 Ave. Luncheon to follow.
