PLOUFFE, Rene ‘Junior’ – Passed away as a result of an accident at his home, on Sunday December 18, 2022 at the age of 56. Cherished father of Alicia (Paolo) Campisano, Justin Plouffe and loving grandfather of Vienna Campisano, Lucia Campisano. He is predeceased by his parents Jose and Rene Plouffe. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers Andre (Diana Venturini) Plouffe, Pierre (Lilliane) Plouffe, Marc (Joanne) Plouffe, his many nieces and nephews, friends, coworkers and the mother of his children Giovi Plouffe (nee Maci). Rene was a dedicated employee of Niagara Falls Hydro for over 25 years and had a strong work ethic. He was sociable, and gained a large network of friends who will remember him for his big, infectious smile. He loved playing pool with his son and enjoyed cooking. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Monday December 26, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of his life will be held Tuesday at 10:am at the funeral home with cremation to follow.
