Michael Oomen
Died peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side on Sunday, December 4, 2022. Michael Oomen of Prescott at the age of 51. Dearly beloved husband of Judy Oomen (nee Morris) of Prescott. Loving father of Chris van Scott (Coline) and the late Alexis Oomen. Dear brother of Randy Oomen (Judy) and Cindy Miller (Mark). Cherished grandfather of Claire and Cooper van Scott. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews Shawn, Ryan and David Berube, Ashley Gaumont, Beverley and Kyle Hope, Jacob, Josh & Elizabeth Morris. Predeceased by his parents Eva Arlene Oomen (nee Majaury) and Martin Oomen.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal on Wednesday from 1-3 and 6-8pm. A Masonic service will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday evening at 5:45pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 8, at 11am. Donations to the BGH Palliative Care Unit would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
