Peacefully at the Colville Manor, Souris on Sunday, March 6, 2022, Mary Cecilia MacPhee passed away with her loving family by her side. She was aged 87 years and formerly of Chepstow, PE. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Michael James and will be forever loved by her children Grace Haslam (David), Georgia MacPhee, Barabara MacPhee, Ian MacPhee, Richard MacPhee, Julianne Dykerman and Gina Townshend (Walter).
Mary was a caring grandmother to Zack (Kristen), Theresa, Ellen, Alina, Rachel, Hannah, Ben, Anneke, Allison (Paul), Emily, Thomas, Tanner and great grandmother to Morgan, Aiden and Sylvie. She is also survived by her dear siblings Barbara MacDonald (Alan), Paul MacPhee (Patricia), Joan Maxwell and Anne MacDonald. Predeceased by her parents Paul and Hilda MacPhee, along with her son Mark MacPhee, grandson Michael Dykerman, siblings Catherine MacPhee, Helen MacPhee, Margaret Woltman, Gerard MacPhee, infant sister Mary Josephine, son-in-law Bert Dykerman and brother-in-law John MacDonald.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home where a private visitation will be held for family. A funeral mass will take place at the St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Souris for invited guests. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Mary can be made to the MacIntyre House or the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Colville Manor).
