Martha Raye Henry Chambers – age 74 of Corryton went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 15, 2022. Of the Baptist faith. Martha was an Assistant Director of multiple Knox County Community Senior Centers. She loved music and was a very loving, giving person.
Preceded in death by father, El. D. Henry; mother, Amy Griffith Henry; and brother Terry “Turk” Henry.
Survived by husband of 26 years, Frankie L. Chambers; special mother-in-law, Audrey Chambers; daughter, Michelle Lewis Miller; children, Gabe Chambers, Jamie (Roni) Chambers, Paige (Mitchell) Whitton, Lana (Chris) Martin, and Jennifer Chambers; brothers, Jim Henry and David Henry; sisters, Jeanette Waits, Dolly Henry Mobley, Mary Daniel; grandchildren, Jacob, Anthony, Brooklyn, Bella, Kendall, Alex, Garrett, Ashlee, Alyssa, Katie, Christian, Jessica, and Madeline; and great grandchildren, Aubree, Reece, Jensen, Reilly, Keira, Dakota, Tanner, Noel, and Grayson.
