Obituary
Moore, Marion (Sept. 29, 1931 – May 30, 2022) – it is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Marion at home with her daughter by her side on Monday May 30, 2022 in her 91st year.
She was predeceased by her husband Reginald Moore and her son Douglas Moore. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn Horton and grandchildren Kristen Moore Lorentz (Randy), Scott Moore (Julia), Adam Horton, Amy Horton Dunn (Trevor) and great grandchildren, Brock, Avery, Cole, Davis and Luke. She is also survived by her very dear friend and companion Shorty Jodouin who spent the last 15 years escorting her around to dances and evenings at the North Bay waterfront.
Someone described her as having refined spunk and that was it till the end, she had dignity and grace in all that she did and will be remembered for always looking her best.
The family will be receiving friends at the Dunchurch Community Center, 2199 Hwy 124, Dunchurch, ON on Saturday June 4th, 2022 from 1pm until 2pm with a celebration of life to follow.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the North Bay Lions Club would be appreciated by her family.
