Margaret- Anne Irvine-Bowles
It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of a beautiful wife,
mother, grandmother and friend, Margaret-Anne “Maggie” Irvine-
Bowles . Maggie passed away peacefully in her sleep at home in
Puslinch, Ontario on September 2nd at the age of 75. Maggie was born
March 26th, 1947 in Bobcaygeon, Ontario to the late Henry and
Dorothy Irvine.
Maggie is survived by her loving husband Greville, her two children
Alan and Suzanne (Alvin), brothers Scott and Jason, eight
grandchildren Kami, Delante, Mohogany, Ebony, Caleb, Hannah, and
Hudson, her life long friend Jacquie, and numerous cousins, in-laws
and friends.
Maggie was adventurous, outgoing and vivacious; a free spirit who
welcomed new experiences. Always giving, always ready to help,
Maggie accepted everyone with openness and no judgement, seeing
the good in everyone she met. She took pleasure in supporting her
favourite charities, Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis and Autism
Speaks Canada.
A proud grandmother, Maggie would brag to no end on the
accomplishments of her grandchildren.
Maggie was blessed to find the love of her life, Greville, 22 years ago.
You could find them every year at the race track, on a beach, enjoying
their home, taking dance lessons and entertaining family & friends.
Maggie is now peacefully at rest watching over us. She will be missed
more than words can say and in our hearts forever.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the
faith. 2 Timothy 4:7
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, details to follow.
