Lorna Green
1933-2022
The sudden passing of Lorna Geraldine Green of Plaster Rock, NB,
occurred at her home on September 22, 2022.
Lorna was born in Anfield, NB, on July 16, 1933. She was the daughter
of the late Walter and Grace (Burgoyne) Chappel. Lorna leaves behind
her daughters, Sharon Davidson (Lawrence) of Anderson Road, NB,
Marilyn Parish (Alden Howard) of Perth-Andover, NB, Margaret Green of
Plaster Rock, NB; her sons, Allan Green Jr. of Plaster Rock, NB,
Howard Green (Nancy) of Oxbow, NB, Leigh Green of Moncton, NB, Brian
Green (Krissy) of Everett, NB; her sisters, Winnifred Yates of Minto,
NB, Phyllis Coston of Saint John, NB; her brothers, Kenneth Chappel
(Sharron) of Plaster Rock, NB, Douglas Chappel (Lorraine) of
Quispamsis, NB, Malcolm Chappel (Doris) of Saint John, NB, David Webb
of Moncton, NB; her 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren,
great great grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Also left behind are Lorna’s best friends, Monica Inman (Riley),
Geraldine Morin, and Millie Yeomans.
Lorna was predeceased by her parents; her granddaughter, Michelle
Green; her sisters, Glenna, Marie, and Kay; her brothers, Steven and
Stanley Chappel.
Resting at the Tobique Chapel in Plaster Rock, NB, with visitation on
Tuesday from 11 am – 1 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday,
September 27, 2022 at 1 pm from the Tobique Chapel. Pastor Roy Dee
officiating. Interment will follow in the Linton Corner Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Mama Bear Cancer Fund
would be appreciated by the family.

Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock, NB.
