Obituary of Ken Wood
Wood: Kenneth Larry George –
A resident of Rodney, and formerly of Ridgetown, Ken Wood passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on July 7, 2022, with his loving family at his side, at the age of 81.
Born in Ridgetown, Ken was the son of Cecil and Isabel Wood.
Beloved husband of 60 years to Faith (nee Lamb).
Dear father to the late Robert Wood and Christine Pearce (Bob). Proud grandfather to Danielle, Leah (David) and Racheal (Rhod) and great-grandfather to Jillian.
Predeceased by his brothers Earl Crow, Leonard Crow, Donald Crow, Donna Katona and John Wood.
In keeping with Ken’s wishes, cremation will take place.
A Celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Ridgetown Canadian Legion, 75 Main Street East, Ridgetown.
Donations made in memory of Ken to the Chatham-Kent Hospice would be appreciated by family.
