Obituary
Kenneth passed away suddenly at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Thursday December 8th, 2022. Born on August 5, 1938 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Kenneth John Craner, of Markdale, was in his 85th year.
Dearly loved husband and best friend of the late Eileen Craner (nee Enberg) (2016). Loving father of Melinda Craner and Melody Morris, both of Alton and Ken Craner (Julia), of Markdale. Proud grandfather of Kaitlyn and Natasha Morris. Dear brother of Juanita Craner and brother-in-law of Mary Sproule. Kenneth will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, William and Helen Craner (nee Cudmore), his siblings Doug Craner, Marilyn Furlong, Ron Craner, Glen Craner, Jerry Craner, his sister-in-law Karen Smith and his best friend Vern Moulton.
Ken loved his curling, along with his outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, camping, gardening and water skiing.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound, 519-376-7492.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
