With great sorrow we announce the passing of our Mom on Wednesday December 14th, 2022 at the age of 91. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Planning & decorating right up to the end, she is now reunited with her beloved husband, Ray who passed in 2017. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her children Tracey (Matt), Tim (Elly) and Tom (Marilyn). Proud Grandmother of April (Brett), Bria (Freedom), Adam (Gail), Hannah (Taylor), Maddy, Natalie, Mitch (Nikey), Lauren (Brad) and Taylor (Kyle). Great Grandmother of Niall, Henry, Ray, Tessa, James, Jackson, Carter and Luke. Joan cherished her family and made friends everywhere she went. Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, she was married to her childhood sweetheart for 63 years. Her passion was her home and her flair for decorating was evident in the many places they lived. She was always elegant, fun-loving and planning for the next adventure. Joan will be missed by all who knew her.
A private family service will take place at a later date.
