BLYTHE, Eva Joan (nee Crockett) – Passed away peacefully on Thursday January 6, 2022 at the Norview Lodge, Simcoe. Mrs. Joan Blythe of Simcoe in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late David (1971). Loving mother of Chris Blythe, Michael Blythe (Trudi Collins), Jane Blythe (Jim Smith) and Susan Welden (Wayne). Cherished Granny to Joel (Brooke) and his children Elijah, Marcus and Alice; William, Sam (Linda) and Theo. Dear sister to Pat Freeman, Jim Crockett (Sharon), Carol Crockett, late Joyce Pickard and late Madge Rose. Joan will be sadly missed by many other relatives and friends. At Joan’s request cremation has taken place. There will be a private family graveside service at Bayview Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Ferris Funeral Home, 214 Norfolk St. S., Simcoe (519-426-1314). If so desired, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
