RICCIUTO, VINCENZO “Jimmy” – With deepest sadness, we announce Jimmy’s passing with his loving family and Father Andy by his side at the Niagara Heath St. Catharines Site. At the age of 65, on Monday, October 10, 2022. Loving husband and best friend to the late Rita Salutari for 21 years. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Maria, and all of his family: twin sister Filomena “Phyllis” (the late John) Sergnese, brother and best friend Tony J. Ricciuto, sister Theresa (the late Frank) Ruscio and eldest sister Angiolina (Angelo) Gabriele. Loving son of the late Domenico. Grandson to the late Vincenzo and Angiolina, step grandson to Teresina Ricciuto; Nicole and Antonietta Marrone. Jimmy is survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews: Rebecca, Tara (Lee), Robert (Richelle), Amanda (Jake), Madylin, Brooklyn, Paul (Krista), Juliana, Angelo, Christopher (Lisa), Jack, Paul, Nicole (Brad), Sam, Charlie, Mary Jane (Dan), Eden, Dean, Michael and predeceased by nephew John. Jimmy is also survived by his Aunt Jane (the late Joseph), but predeceased by all of his other Aunts and Uncles: Vincenzo (Josephine), Antonio (Rosina), Giovanni (Maria), Antonio (Vincenza), Donato (Teresina). Jimmy loved family gatherings, mostly Jimmy enjoyed playing cards and watching wrestling. He was a very fun, loving and happy person, and he will make heaven a more fun place. Family invites friends and relatives to Bocchinfuso Funeral Home, 2 Regent Street, Thorold on Thursday, October 13, 2022, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. Vigil Prayers will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 14, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 21 Queen Street South, Thorold. Rite of Committal Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Diabetes Canada or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
