Obituary
Janet Ann David (nee Kamstra) was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on July 3, 2022 at the age of 67 after a year of enduring cancer. She will be missed and loved by her family. She was the loving mother and mother-in-law of Laura and Mark Kottelenberg, Brad and Nicole David, Steve and Sarah David and Shanda David. Beloved Grandma of Madison, Allison, Derek, Cameron, Sawyer, Kensie, Lyla, Logan, Brooke, and Ethan; beloved Sister and Sister-in-law of Angie and Pete Debruin, Jo and Jerry Jagt, Pete and Shelia Kamstra, and Patti and Ken Post. She will also be missed by her 16 nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her father and mother, Herman and Grace Kamstra and her son-in-law Justin Murray.
Janet loved the LORD with all her heart and shared this love through her work as a Health Care Aid at Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home. She always tried to share her faith by talking with strangers about God. She advocated for the lives of the unborn working with WeNeedaLaw.org (ARPA) and Halton Alive.
Visitation will be held at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at REHOBOTH CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 1225 Dundas St., Burlington (Between Brant St. and Kerns Rd.) on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 10 a.m. Interment Burlington Memorial Gardens.
