Dieppe – Accidentally with her mother, Claudette Landry, on Saturday, June 4th, 2022, at the age of 55, passed away, Manon Levesque.
Born in Grande-Anse, NB, she was the daughter of the late Louis-Marie Levesque (May 7th, 2022) and the late Claudette Landry (June 4th, 2022).
She is survived by her husband, François Le Blanc, with whom she spent the past 29 years; his sons: Nicolas Levesque-Le Blanc, Alexis Levesque-Le Blanc (Marie-Andrée), both of Dieppe and Félix Levesque-Le Blanc (Brett) of Moncton; his brother, Marc Levesque of Dieppe (as well as Tanya Doucet, the mother of Marc’s children); his brother-in-law, Philippe LeBlanc (Nathalie Jolivet) of Lac Beauport, QC; his nieces: Audrée, Annabelle and Marianne; his nephew, Benoit, as well as several uncles, aunts, cousins, cousins and godchildren.
Manon was a luminous and accomplished woman. His legendary laugh still rings in our ears. Her greatest personal accomplishments: being a devoted mother, caring friend, passionate about family. His cooking was essential. Who does not remember a meal taken in his company? His recipes sprinkled with love will go down in history. Manon was also a businesswoman, passionate about culture. His communications company, Les productions du crayon, was expanding with major clients. She has also been a talent agent, journalist, host, producer and columnist. In recent years, Manon has given herself another challenge: to demystify daily life with cancer. The testimonies, including his own, in his series of reports on Radio-Canada Acadie touched many people.
Visitation will be held from Passage – Chartersville, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (506) 857-1901, on Monday, June 20th, 2022 from 7 to 9 pm and on Tuesday, June 21st, 2022 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
Funeral mass will be held from Saint-Anselme RC Church, Dieppe, on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 at 11 am.
A donation in memory of Manon Levesque can be made to the CHU Dumont Foundation for cancer research, an important cause for her.
