Moncton, NB – Linda Cormier, 61, passed away surrounded by her loved ones at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre on Sunday, December 11th, 2022.
Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and the late Eva (Gallant) Cormier.
Linda is survived by her son, Normand Caissie of Moncton; her two daughters: Tammy (Ivor) Gildart of Salisbury, and Penny Caissie (Kevin) of Lakeville; her brother, Léo (Yvette) Cormier of Lakeville; two sisters: Doris (late David) Firth of Toronto, and Evelyne Cormier (Claude) of Adamsville; her grandchild, Jordon Gildart; her special friend, Jean-Guy Gallant; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers: Dismas, Paul, Emile; and her sister, Marie-Anne Poirier.
There will be no visitation and no funeral service.
Donations in Linda’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of
New Brunswick.
