especially the vacations to Holguin with Diane. Cremation has taken

I leave this body, to fly with the birds
as they travel on the four winds.
I will rest in the peaceful meadows
in the warm summer sun.
I will inhabit shimmering rays of light,
that beam down to the forest floor at twilight.
I will flow with the freshwater streams and rivers,
as they babble and travel to the oceans.
I will ride the ocean currents, rise and fall on the tides,
as they push and pull from the shoreline.
I will dance with the colourful northern lights
in the polar winter sky.
I will go to celestial bodies,
and explore the wonders of the universe that humans will never
see
But most of all, I will be present and watchful for my family
and friends who I have loved.
I will be forever grateful that you were in my life.
I will do all of those things and be all those things …
and many more.
For now I am free.
