SMITH, Gerald (Jerry) William. Peacefully at his home in Sarnia on August 17, 2022 in his 96th year. Dear father of Rick (Anne) Smith of Bright’s Grove and Scott Smith of Sarnia. Loving grandfather to Melissa (Brendan) Tate, Michael Smith, Kelsey Smith, and Carissa Smith. Cherished uncle of Susan (David) Scott and Beverly (Brad) Miller. Predeceased by his parents John Joseph Smith and Isadore (nee Bantam) Smith and by his sister Dorothy Smith, brother Donald Smith, and sister-in-law Margaret Smith. Visitors will be received at the Wyoming Chapel of Needham-Jay Funeral Home on Monday August 22, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. – 2:45p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. Interment in Hillsdale Cemetery.
