It is with sadness the family of George Alexander Crandall announce his sudden passing which occurred at his residence on Thursday, January 6, 2022. He was aged 79 years of St. Peters Bay, PE. George is predeceased by his beloved wife Lorraine and will be deeply missed and forever loved by his son Jeff (Sheila) and grandchildren Leigha (Ethan) and Jake (Keisha). He is survived by his brother Gordie (Carol), brothers-in-law Dave Tracy and Bernie Dael and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Victor and Henrietta Crandall, sister Ann Tracy, nephew James Tracy, sister-in-law Dawna Dael and brother-in-law Ronnie Currie. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home and then to the St. Peters Bay Roman Catholic Church where a funeral mass will take place for invited guests. Interment will take place at a later date in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of George can be made to the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Souris Hospital) or the St. Peter’s Cemetery Fund.
