Franklin Frederick Elliott
January 22, 1943 – June 23, 2022
Passed peacefully away on June 23 at the age of 79 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital surrounded by family listening to his favorite music, Franklin Frederick Elliott.
Predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years, Avril Grace (Fiander) and parents, Owen and Daisy Elliott, In-laws Matthew and Frances Fiander.
Leaving to celebrate his life and cherish all the memories are his loving daughter Kim (Paul Dwyer); and the loves of his life, 2 grandchildren: Jessica (Kevin Fowler) and Zachary; two great-grandchildren who always brought smiles to his face, Kevin and Hank; brother, Terry (Marion); sister, Shirley (Sandy Keough)(Nova Scotia); sisters-in-law: Lucille (Bob Evans) Corner Brook, Ruby (Dave Polem), Marilyn (Alan Hubley) Whitehorse; 2 best friends Gordon and Violet Monk; as well as a wide circle of relatives and friends. Many thanks to the staff at Linda’s Personal Care Home and his last place of Residency Westbury Estates. He considered these places his home and the staff were his family too. Thanks to the staff of 7W St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital for taking such good care of him during his final days of life.
Cremation has taken place.
Service to be held from Caul’s Chapel, LeMarchant Road, on Tuesday, June 28, at 2:00pm, with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery Columbarium.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to Cancer Foundation or the SPCA (seeing dads love of animals) in Frank’s memory.
