Peacefully at the Colville Manor on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, Frances Ann MacDonald (nee MacPhee) passed away surrounded by love and family. She was aged 75 years of Souris, PE. Frances was the beloved wife of 56 years to her dear husband Kenny and will be forever loved by her daughter Linda Robertson. She was also a caring and affectionate Mimi to Evan (Majell) and Allan Robertson and will be dearly missed by her son-in-law Vaughan Robertson. In addition, she is survived by her siblings Mae McKinnon (Justin), Robert MacPhee, Theresa MacDonald (James), Helen Holland (Emeric), Joan and Paula MacPhee (Reg) and sister-in-law Dorothy MacPhee. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Bertha MacPhee, brothers George and Eric MacPhee and sister-in-law Mary MacPhee.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Friday, April 8, 2022 from 5-7:30pm. A funeral mass will be held at the St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Souris on Saturday April 9, 2022 at 11:00am. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Frances can be made to the St. Mary’s Cemetery Fund or the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Colville Manor).
