FILLION, June
1945 – 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of June Fillion (ne Peddie) age 77 of Kirkland Lake Ontario. She left us on the 28th of December after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s.
June was born on October 22, 1945, in London England to parents Jean and Fred Peddie.
June is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years Rolland, her two loving sons Tracy (Michelle), Trevor (Marieanne) and loving nephew Kyle (Isabelle) Peddie. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua, Matthew, Jessika, Leah, and Marshall as well as two great grandchildren Ella and Max. June is also survived by her brothers Carl (Linda) of Calgary, Alberta, Jim (Karen) of Spruce Grove, Alberta, and sister-in-law Madelaine Bain of Kirkland Lake.
She was preceded by her parents Fred and Jean Peddie, her brothers Colin Daniels, Clint Peddie and granddaughter Reece Fillion.
June worked as a loans officer for the CIBC until retiring in 2010. Her favourite past-times were singing and spending time with the family. The love June had for her family knew no bounds. She cherished every moment together.

Family and friends are invited to attend a «Celebration of Life» service on Jan 2, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Timiskaming Funeral Cooperative (111 Burnside Dr, Kirkland Lake). Friends are welcome to come early to share in the memories of June with the family before the service.
