Pearson, Erna Lydia (nee Lutz) 1924 – 2022
Passed away peacefully at Woodlands of Sunset in Fonthill on Saturday, July 2, 2022 in her 99th year. Predeceased by her loving husband John «Jack» Pearson (1980) and her long-time, loving partner, Richard «Dick» Seeman (2009). Cherished mother of Mark (Helen), Debra, Shari (Bruce Watt) and step-mother to Bruce Seeman, Kim (Brian Cyr) and Brad Seeman (Lenka). Remembered by her grandchildren, Jason (Cheryl), Natalie (Dan), Jennifer (Dave), Dean (Rochelle), Roger (Ashton), Bailea (Corey), 8 step-grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased her parents, Carl and Wilhelmina Lutz, brother Charles, and sisters Doreen, Pearl and Gladys. Erna kept active all her life by enjoying many activities such as playing baseball, golf, bingo, euchre, darts, bowling and visits to the casino. An avid Blue Jays fan, as she was a pitcher in high school, she knew the game well. Erna was unpredictable, feisty and had a zest for life. She will always be remembered by many as «G-Boo.» Many sincere and heartfelt thanks to the homecare workers who cared for her for years and the staff at Woodlands of Sunset.
