Elwood grew up on the Cote First Nation surrounded by his loving family and later on moved to Regina where he dedicated time to help others. He made many friends throughout Treaty 4 Territory, he made positive impacts on the lives of his family and friends. He was very kind and soft spoken, he never said no to anyone in need. He helped everyone as best as he can and always treated everyone good. He loved driving and everyday he was often seen on the road helping people. Elwood was very comical and always said the craziest things that made us laugh with him. Many good laughs were shared and we all have a funny Elwood story.
Elwood loved his job at Evraz Place and worked for many years until his retirement.
