Obituary For Edward Patrick Wilson
August 17, 1954 – September 2, 2022
God welcomed home his son Edward September 2, 2022 in Edmonton, AB.
Edward is survived by his brothers Roddy and George Wilson, second mom Emma, sisters Lena, Dorothy (Dale Sr), Bertha (Larry), Georgina (Larry) brother in-law Jeff, God Children Robert, Sharon & George Wilson, Jason, and Darren Reimer, and many other special nephews and nieces, and grandchildren.
He loved anything to do on the land, he used to especially love taking care of his land as he was always outside working on a new project. He was a hard worker and always knew the value of this. He was a great hunter and harvester he tried to pass on his knowledge with those that wanted to learn. He was a kind and gentle man that loved life, his family, and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Harvey and Helen Wilson; sisters Madelaine Wilson, Evelyn (Octave)Ferguson, Lydia Napesis, Linda and Delia Wilson; brothers Joey, Gordie and Leo Wilson.
A viewing and pipe ceremony for Edward will be held on Sunday September 18th from1-3pm at Bear Creek Funeral Home.
A service will be September 19th from 11:30am, at Bear Creek Funeral Home with a luncheon to directly follow with interment to follow at Grovedale Cemetery.
