Ebba Lorup Damgaard
August 26, 1926 – July 24, 2022
On July 24, 2022, after a short illness, Ebba Damgaard passed away peacefully at the age of 95 years.
She will forever be remembered by her daughter, Kathrine (Dennis) Erickson; 3 granddaughters; 3 great grandchildren. Ebba was predeceased by her husband, Krisitian Damgaard; son, Jan Damgaard.
Ebba loved to travel and took many trips during her life. Her last trip was a Baltic cruise with her daughter, son in law, and Gail. She was able to visit family in Kobenhavn on the trip. She also completed her wish to visit Russia on this trip. She enjoyed going out for her walks, whether in the mountains of Jasper or the streets of Kobenhavn. She walked with purpose and you had better run to keep up because she never slowed down! She enjoyed gardening and could always be found puttering in the yard, whether it was weeding or planting, she loved it all. She always had a dog for a pet and there were many others in her 95 years of life.
Ebba was strong willed, determined, and always spoke her mind. Her greatest joy was family and that was everything for her. She was involved in her 3 granddaughters lives from day one and was always there to support them, whether it was a birthday or driving them places she was always eager to help. She will truly be missed by all.
