FREELAND, Douglas – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doug Freeland at Kingston General Hospital on Sunday September 25th, 2022 surrounded by family, after suffering a severe heart attack. Doug was 87 years old.
Beloved husband and best friend of Brenda Freeland, loving father of Kelley (Charles) Sweeney and Jason (Cindy) Freeland. Loving grandfather to Aubry, Cruse, Carly and Bridgette Sweeney.
Doug will be remembered for his big smile, jokes, kindness, generosity and quick wit. There was not a person or animal that Doug could pass without a hello or a pat.
